The following describes the public Skill site. Mika is a separate account service that stores submitted materials, tasks and deliverables and uses sign-in cookies. Homepage task drafts are retained for up to 30 minutes; task text is not included in URLs or analytics. The website and workspace also share a 30-day first-visit cookie containing the referring domain, landing-page path and UTM tags. On registration, these are saved with the account for administrators to understand signup sources and deleted with the account. Other URL parameters and browser fingerprints are not collected. AI selection is optional. Submitting it sends your task description, material selections and answers through our server to DeepSeek. The planner does not save these inputs or include them in analytics. Only the fixed AI/manual mode and language are counted for completed plans and task exports; a copy or download is not proof of execution. Temporary request limits use an address in server memory. Source documents stay in your own agent; DeepSeek processes submitted text under its own service terms.
The public Skill site has no accounts. Anonymous page-view measurement uses no cookies, cross-site tracking, persistent visitor IDs, or user profiles. A same-origin page-view signal records only a fixed route key. Fixed events also record whether an install command or on-page template was copied, a GitHub link was opened, or a search returned no result. The signal never includes a full URL, query parameters, copied text, search terms, form content, or work material.
Page views and fixed events enter the same first-party server logs as normal requests. During reporting, a temporary address-and-browser combination groups them into 30-minute sessions; that combination is discarded when aggregation ends and is never written to reports. Raw logs are retained for no more than 14 days, and anonymous page-view analytics use no cookie, localStorage, or sessionStorage. GitHub issues are public; never submit sensitive information.
